The Maintenance Supervisor Eli is a superior person. He can can to our apartment a number of times and he was Super in his knowledge in problem solving and in repairs. He was Super in his repairs. He always completed his work orders in a timely manner. He is the only person here to complete his daily assignments. He is a Superior in all his assignments and his net value to the Company surpasses his net worth. He should be and I recommend Eli for a cash award.

Me and my boyfriend just moved into these apartments at the beginning of the month and Miranda was super helpful through the whole process, you can tell she really cares about her residents! We had some maintenance issues but submitted a request and it was fixed the next day by Eli! It’s a great location and price! Highly recommend living here 🖤

I am fairly new tenant to Cherry Lane apartments. Recently I needed some repairs I needed to my place. I sent in a maintenance request. And was pleasantly surprised to have maintenance knocking on my door within a couple days. Eli came in and verified my concerns and quickly did the repairers. Very impressed with the work Eli did. Past places I lived you would have to wait days or weeks to get repairs.

Lindsay was quick to get everything set up to have my ac looked at. Despite the weather changes she kept me updated on what was going on. The office ladies even offered a portable AC and to have our awesome maintenance man Junior bring it to our apartment until the new AC unit could be installed. Even after the AC was installed it still was having a slight issue working. Lindsay tried contacting me and I was Napping, my Husband called and I answered and then noticed an email from Lindsay stating Junior needed to come check the Thermostat. I let her know I was napping and the dogs were locked in the bedroom with me. Junior was very respectful and came in quietly letting me finish my nap before work. Thank you Cherry Lane Staff. 💝💯

These apartments are so nice! The windows have window seats you can sit in, my cats love them. The kitchen is spacious & there is a lot of natural light. Maintenance is always attentive & takes care of problems. Lindsay is amazing & always addresses any issues.

My boyfriend and I have lived here for over a year. We have nothing but positive things to say. Lindsay in the front office is so helpful. She responds to my emails quickly and has helped us out so much with a not so awesome neighbor situation. The apartment is so nice and we have had no problems with anything while living here. My Wife and I have looked all over the area for an apartment to rent. Cherry Lane went out of their way to accomodate all of our needs. Like other reviews mentioned the office staff was very friendly. Lindsay in particular was so helpful and accomodating. This seems like a really great place to live.

It took me a little bit to write this review because I wanted to take time to get to know the place and interact with my neighbors and all that fun stuff. Let me tell you and believe me when I say that I absolutely love this place!!! Definitely recommend it to everyone and anyone that reads this review. First of all management get a big thumbs up, they worked with me on my move in date, Janine (manager) showed me the apartment 2 or 3 times before I decided to move haha! She was so patient with me! Also Leslie at the front office always so sweet and helpful. I had a small problem with my furnace when I moved in and unfortunately I had to wait until the next day for the heater to work and so I said “oh well” but what surprised me the most was Clint (maintenance manager) coming to our place with a heater just so we weren’t cold I found it top of the line, they go the extra mile to make you feel taken care of, the heater was fixed the next day as promised. Any small maintenance problem is taken care of right away and every time I go to the office or call I always end up with that feeling that says “ You picked the right place”. Love my apartment and the layout. My neighbors are great so far and it has a lot of trees and grass if you have dogs this is the perfect place for your four legged friends. Good location, close to freeway, walking distance from grocery store and few fast food places like Mc Donald’s, Zupas, Mod pizza, etc. I usually don’t write reviews but I am more than happy to do it for this place, great experience so far.👍👍👍

We love this complex! We have only lived here for a short time, and have had very little to complain about. Management is wonderful and very helpful. Maintenance is always quick to fix whatever we need. Neighbors are quiet. Highly recommend!!
