My Husband and I just moved in last month and I must say “WE LOVE THIS PLACE.” it’s quiet, friendly neighbors, and management is great! They get things done quick and work with you. Maintenance is there same day or the following. We’re very happy we found Cherry Lane Apartments.

Overall, my experience has not been terrible, but since Miranda took over, it has been so much better. She is truly amazing and the reason why I stayed living at Cherry Lane for so long. She’s super nice and cares about the Residents in the community and always make sure that things are taken care of in a timely manner.

Outstanding Maintenance Guy
The Maintenance Supervisor Eli is a superior person. He can can to our apartment a number of times and he was Super in his knowledge in problem solving and in repairs. He was Super in his repairs. He always completed his work orders in a timely manner. He is the only person here to complete his daily assignments. He is a Superior in all his assignments and his net value to the Company surpasses his net worth. He should be and I recommend Eli for a cash award.

I am fairly new tenant to Cherry Lane apartments. Recently I needed some repairs I needed to my place. I sent in a maintenance request. And was pleasantly surprised to have maintenance knocking on my door within a couple days. Eli came in and verified my concerns and quickly did the repairers. Very impressed with the work Eli did. Past places I lived you would have to wait days or weeks to get repairs.

This place is really well maintained and the staff is great! Miranda is the very best and truly cares about her residents. I highly recommend!

Managment is very helpful and makes Cherry Lane a great place to live! Miranda is very friendly and always willing to answer questions. The maintenace guy Eli always gets our maintenace requests done in a timely manner as well!
