I am fairly new tenant to Cherry Lane apartments. Recently I needed some repairs I needed to my place. I sent in a maintenance request. And was pleasantly surprised to have maintenance knocking on my door within a couple days. Eli came in and verified my concerns and quickly did the repairers. Very impressed with the work Eli did. Past places I lived you would have to wait days or weeks to get repairs.
Managment is very helpful and makes Cherry Lane a great place to live! Miranda is very friendly and always willing to answer questions. The maintenace guy Eli always gets our maintenace requests done in a timely manner as well!
The maintenance guy is very quick and efficient . We have had a few problems lately with some things in our apartment. Maintenance has come quickly to fix the problems. I appreciate that he does this. We are so happy Eli is here !

Great place to live!!! Been here for two months, always so good to help with anything that needs work. Great people and community. We are getting married in October, been a good starter home:)
